The following covers Magicsing.org’s terms and conditions on shipping and returns.
Shipping
The shipping rates are based on location and weight, and are set by the appropriate courier. We ship via USPS or UPS from our warehouse in Seymour, Connecticut and usually takes within 1-2 business days. We do not charge any handling fees and there is no sales tax for customers outside Connecticut. In the event that your item is back-ordered, you will be notified via email about product availability.
For your protection, if the billing address is different from the shipping address, we would need to call you to confirm your order. To avoid shipping delays, we advise you to register the best number to reach you. All orders should be signed upon delivery so make that there is someone available to sign for the package, or arrange for pickup.
MagicSing.org is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. USPS and UPS estimated delivery days are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is offered within the United States, for orders $99.00 and above. However, this does not include orders to be shipped to the following areas: Hawaii, Alaska and Guam and APO’s and US territories like Puerto Rico.
International Orders
Customers will pay for all shipping fees, customs and other obligations and fees when it reaches the country of destination. Please be informed that there could be delays due to customs processing. The microphones carry a one-year US manufacturer’s warranty. All problems and/or defects with the microphones, accessories and song chips will be fixed in the United States, and MagicSing.org is not responsible for any shipping costs. All items being shipped abroad are being tested, but if the item has been damaged during shipment, the customer needs to return it to us, and MagicSing.org will not pay for any shipping costs.

There is a one year manufacturer’s warranty for all Enter Tech microphones. Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be charged if the customer availed of the free shipping option. There is no restocking fee for items in brand new, unused condition and in its original packaging. For items in used condition, a 15% restocking fee is charged.
