I need help. I have the ED800, suddenly the microphone doesn’t work anymore. I get video and sound from the TV but no voice sound when you sing through the microphone. Any help is greatly appreciated.

since Years I try to use Soundchips on different Magic Sing Devices and however I try, it will not work, whatever I do!
No one is able to explain exactly, how to use it Step by Step, I’m not too stupid for translating English Manuals, I think, but somehow I don’t get this Crab to Work!
