Hi Rikki! Go through the different microphones that we have and try to look for the same microphone as you have. After seeing it, click on the microphone to open it’s main page and after that, you will see a link to click on to view the different songs available in the microphone. There you will see the number, the name of the song and the artist. Hope this information helps. Thanks!

      Hi Suraiya!

Unfortunately, the microphones don’t have the capacity to be downloaded with songs. You may purchase song chips instead. In this way, you can just choose the songs from the new song chips that you will have.

    Adriana

    Hello,

I recently purchased an ED-9000 model online and today I recieved my package. Rather than the model i bought, i was sent an MT-14K model as a free “upgrade” I’m not sure if i feel comfortable keeping this model since I haven’t found much information on the MT-14K model. Do you think these two models are comparable? Any information would be most appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Adriana

Please respond at your earliest convenience.

    Hello,
I am unable to find directions to switch from PAL to NTSC. The menual doesn’t have any instructions and no one is answering the the 1-866 827 6632 service center number. I have ET 14K . Thank you

      Hi Ankur!

The NTSC mode is not available with ET 14K microphones. We do not have any further information about it since we do not carry this kind of microphone. It is fixed with the PAL mode. The best option is for you to contact the company where you purchase it from to verify if there is still other options to change it.

      Thanks!

So we have a Magic Sing from last year, i think? How do you adjust the difficulty settings when singing? Coz we always get a perfect score of 100 every time we end a song.. How can we change it so it will rate our performances better and more accurately?

    Thanks a lot! :)

    Char

just got an ET19kv w/ the builtin 2045 songs, the thing is.. i want to get the pop705 songs chip but it notes that it has the same song numbers as the builtin songs? so how is this going to work? will I be able to choose which 8011 song I want from the builtin or the same song number 8011 from the new pop 705 song chip (which has a diff. artist n song)? or will i not be able to access the builtin song if I put in the new song chip?

    thanks

    • January 6, 2012

      admin

      Hi Char!

The Npop 705 has a lot of songs compared to our regular song chips that is why the overwrite happens. If this song chip is being used with the microphone, you won’t be able to access the built-in songs from your microphone. The good thing is, it won’t remove the songs from your microphone permanently. You can still access it as soon as your remove the song chip.

      Thanks!

      Hi KPV Rajkumar!

You need to go to the configuration settings of the microphone. Look for the item that says Male or Female voice and turn it off.

      Thanks!

We just got ET19KV and are very happy with it. The songbook is alphabetized by song, where can I get a songbook by artist for the songchips I have?

      Hi Manu!

The songs lists that we have are also alphabetized. We do not have song lists that are arranged by artist.

      Thanks.

      Hi Mike!

This is already a technical concern that needs to be checked by the manufacturer themselves. They accommodate issues regarding the products through email. Here is their email address: enter-tech.com .

      Thanks.

Do you offer a wireless/wired combo system where the chips are in stored in the base? I am wanting the wireless, but still have the option of using wired in case signal issues or the wireless mic gets damaged.

      Hi Nathan!

Yes, we do have a wireless combo system where the chips are stored in the base. These are the ET-19KV, ET19KV Extreme and HDK- 2000. You may visit our website for more information about these products.

      Thaks you.

Thanks for the quick response. I also wanted to know if you have a system that can function both wired or wireless?

          Hi Nathan!

Unfortunately, as of this time, we do not have a unit that works both wireless and wired. That is a great suggestion, though. Working on that kind of machine will be a great idea for the future.

          Thanks!

    Sam D. Garcia

Good day! I am from the Philippines and we bought a Magic Sing model last year. We’ve been having a problem since months ago but since we have not been using the model as usual, we never sought help. The problem we have is that after some minutes using the karaoke, it goes into a “USB CONNECTED” page. It is really annoying, and the entire system goes dysfunctional once this page appears. If the Magic Sing is not used for a couple of months, it takes longer for the “USB CONNECTED” page to appear, making us think that the problem has been fixed. Well, it isn’t and it still goes off with the problem every time we use it. It is such an inconvenience to have our singing sessions cut off with this problem. Hoping for your reply. Thank you.

      Hi Sam!

It will be best if you will try to contact the repair center for your microphone. Since you have purchased the microphone from another place, there might be some settings that are different from the settings of the microphones that we have. That is why we might not be able to assist you in fixing the microphone manually.

      Hope you understand. Thank you.

I have an ET-15K microphone which chips are compatible. I want to purchase the Magic Sing ET-V09 Magic Sing R&B Motown Song Chip With 141 Built in Songs but it doesn’t have my model mic listed as compatible. How to I find a list of chips that are compatible with my mic.

      Hi Lynette!

The Magic Sing R&B Motown Song chip that we have is compatible with your microphone. Since our song chips are manufactured by Enter-Tech, almost all of our song chips are compatible with Enter- Tech manufactured microphones too. You may view the lists of the different song chips that we have on our main page.

      Thanks!
